Shipping Information & Return Policy
Where & When we ship
We use FedEX to ship within the continental US. We currently do not offer shipping beyond the US; we can’t due to customs issues as our dressings are perishable.
We ship early in the week, Mondays & Tuesdays, so orders arrive no later than Friday. If we receive your order later in the week (after Monday 7pm) we will hold it until the following week.
You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information once the package is being prepared for shipping. We cannot add to or modify your order once it has been placed.
Receiving
Products are perishable and must be refrigerated upon receipt.
Our products are packed with the utmost care and attention with ice packs.It’s the buyer’s responsibility to be home on the day of delivery, to guarantee packing and product quality. To safely consume our products, we advise refrigerating the products immediately. As they are perishable, if immediate refrigeration does not occur and they are no longer consumable, you will need to place and pay for a new order for replacement
If you order as a gift for someone else, please tell the recipient to expect the shipment to prevent product spoilage.

Out of stock items
If we are out of an item, we will do our best to contact you by phone or e-mail as we assemble your order, to offer an alternative or a replacement. If we are unable to connect with you, or don't hear back from you in time before the orders needs to be assembled for shipping, we will issue a refund. We do our best to keep our online store up-do-date, but sometimes we may run out faster then expected or we don't receive a delivery in time- we will do our best to contact you for alternative options.
Return & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns based on personal taste preferences/dislike issues. If you should receive an incorrect product, please email us right away.
If your item is unusable due to shipping delays, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package, and we will be happy to help. Please be sure to take photos, as we will need those for the insurance.
Our shipments are insured for damage up to $100 due to shipping delays. Exclusions are:
Delays due to causes beyond FedEx’s control, including, but not limited to, the following:
the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment;
forces of nature or natural disasters; including but not limited to natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, named storms, blizzards, hurricanes, tornadoes, volcanic eruptions, mud slides, monsoon, tsunamis and fire caused by lightning. Weather events, such as thunderstorms, rainstorms and snowstorms that cause disruption or delay to logistics services
acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority;
insufficient information provided by a customer, (including incorrect addresses, missing suite number, etc.)
